Shanviera is committed to your satisfaction. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may be eligible for a return or refund as outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.

You must initiate a return within 7 days of delivery.


2. Return Process

Contact us at hello@shanviera.com with your order number and details of the issue.

You must provide a video of the unboxing process clearly showing the defective or damaged product. Send the video to hello@shanviera.com.

Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping address and instructions.


3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Products that are not defective or damaged are not eligible for returns.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to provide an unboxing video are not eligible.


5. Exchanges

If a replacement is available, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund for defective or damaged items.
